Salary: £29,150 plus bonus and good benefits package

Location: Belgravia, London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 6:00pm

Our client are a real estate group focused on hospitality-driven solutions for the flexible economy. They collaborate with landlords to revitalise their properties using hospitality, design, and technology. The team brings over 40 years of combined expertise in the property and luxury hospitality industries.

Responsibilities and Candidate Experience Requirements:

  • Respond to daily enquiries that come from various channels
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales-related data into the company's CRM systems.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and populating reports for management
  • Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to new membership holders.
  • Encourage sales by conducting viewings
  • Address customer enquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
