Christie & Co is a leading agent in the highly specialist pharmacy sector, providing brokerage and valuation services for over 14 years. We are seeking a dynamic agent to join our team in our London office, to develop activity for the Pharmacy sector across the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact buyers primarily by telephone and register requirements using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
  • List, market, and manage opportunities for sale.
  • Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers, and the sale process.
  • Promote yourself and Christie & Co by liaising with our marketing team to create good-quality marketing materials.
  • Implement your own business generation strategy within a given territory to generate new sale enquiries.
  • Present Christie & Co credentials, deliver pricing advice, and secure sale mandates.
  • Collaborate with our regional and national team on corporate projects.
  • Network across the territory.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an Estate Agency business.
  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce.
  • Sales and service-oriented.
