Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Motivate and support the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Ensure strong visual standards across the store, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in managing a team on the shop floor.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
