Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Sales Negotiator to join our team at Johns&Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a high volume of calls to our extensive database.
  • Utilize your expertise in residential sales to deliver results-driven solutions to our clients.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, viewings, offers, and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and industry trends to provide informed advice to our clients.
  • Hold a valid driving license and be able to travel to various locations as required.
