We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties, strategically evaluating and implementing price reductions to optimize property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Evaluate and implement price reductions to maximize sales revenue.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the local market, including schools, developments, and local amenities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and industry trends.

Requirements:
