Senior Business Development Manager – Logistics Software

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and foster new business growth
  2. Achieve ambitious growth targets
  3. Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives
  4. Identify and prospect high-quality leads
  5. Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  6. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  7. Collaborate with marketing and other internal departments
  8. Drive customer engagement
Requirements:
  1. 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  2. Software, SaaS, or Salesforce solutions sales experience
  3. Extensive experience selling into the logistics/transport sector
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  5. Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
  6. Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding expectations
  7. Prospecting and lead generation skills
  8. Leadership qualities
  9. Driven and motivated
  10. Career minded
