Senior Business Development Manager – Logistics Software
Our client's innovative Salesforce-based solution is revolutionizing the way logistics companies track, manage, and price deliveries in real-time. This exciting software company is transforming efficiency and profitability for logistics operations of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive lead generation and foster new business growth
- Achieve ambitious growth targets
- Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Identify and prospect high-quality leads
- Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal departments
- Drive customer engagement
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Software, SaaS, or Salesforce solutions sales experience
- Extensive experience selling into the logistics/transport sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding expectations
- Prospecting and lead generation skills
- Leadership qualities
- Driven and motivated
- Career minded
- An initial base salary of circa 40-50k
- 60-100k OTE
