Business Development Manager

Specifically, the Business Development Manager will:
- Support the Sales Director UK in finding new sales opportunities by searching for new businesses
- Acquire the information related to the potential sales opportunities
- Draw up the annual budget and collaborate in the definition of Forecasts
- Monitor the achievement of turnover goals and discount rate margins
- Put together the case studies that are most relevant to the sales opportunity to present to clients
- Assess the market of their area and develop a tailored sales strategy with the Sales Director
- Maintain good relations with existing and create new one with potential customers
- Scouting new customers in the dedicated area (London area)
S/He:
- has a strong knowledge of the market and the competitors
- has ability to provide report and sales data analysis
- has excellent skills in budgeting and forecasting
- has good knowledge of the product and its main characteristics
- is able to find new sales opportunities
- is able to provide reports and sales data analyses
- is able to work in team
- is committed
- has good skills in planning and time management
- has a strong customer orientation (internal and external)
Place of work: Watford - hybridly with 2 days per week in remote working.
Working time: full time - from Monday to Friday.
