Business Development Manager

We are actively looking for Business Development Managers in London to help us develop and manage the UK market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the formation and cultivation of the team, including recruitment, training, task assignment and business guidance.
- Be responsible for formulating team management systems and work standards.
- According to the business strategy, establish and maintain high-value cooperative relationships with merchants.
- Have a proficient mastery of the company's business knowledge, keenly capture the characteristics of the business, guide or assist subordinates in business cooperation and lead the team to excellently complete the sales targets assigned by the company.
Basic Requirements for the Position:
- More than 3 years of sales experience and more than 2 years of sales management experience. Those with experience in Internet and power bank sales are preferred.
- Familiar with the local market. Those with industry customer resources are preferred.
- Have a strong sense of ambition and dedication, be willing to challenge oneself and be able to withstand work pressure.
- Conform to the values of Keeta (customer-centered, integrity and honesty, win-win cooperation, pursuit of excellence).
- Adapt to the rapid development of the Internet industry, be energetic and have the ability to complete tasks excellently under pressure.
