Position: Outbound Telesales Executive
Location: Halesowen
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Bonus: Quarterly bonus with an OTE of £70,000
About the Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of non-mechanical plant and site safety equipment. The company has a diverse array of divisions, including hire & sales, manufacturing, and logistics, and is known for its disruptive approach to industry norms and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads
Lead generation to add to own prospect list
Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism
Identify and seize sales opportunities
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Ideal Candidate:
Not afraid of the phone and comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily
Proven track record in telesales or a similar role
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary up to £35,000
