Our internal sales office is a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and next-day delivery services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with customers across the construction industry and other sectors.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads.
Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism.
Identify and seize sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Update our company CRM.
Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team.
Comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily.Requirements
Proven track record in telesales or a similar role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Strong resilience and not easily deterred.What We’re Looking For
Experience in telesales, especially in a high-volume calling environment.
Enthusiastic and driven to be part of a winning culture.
Adaptable and able to handle a variety of inquiries.
Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.What’s in it for you
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic.
