Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Telesales Executive for our client based in Halesowen, on a permanent basis.

As a Telesales Executive, you will need:

- Excellent Verbal, written & Interpersonal Skills
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve a shared goal.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Takes pride in delivering a high quality of customer service.
- Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish work in order of priority.
- Ability to use PC & Software packages.

Duties of Telesales Executive:

- Carry out unscripted telephone
- A proven track record of meeting monthly targets
- Strong ability to overcome objections and remain positive throughout
- Enthusiastic, confident, and engaging individual
- Computer literate and able to pick up inhouse CRM Systems
- Ability to work effectively within a team but have the desire to chase your own personal growth within the business
- To be able to recognise opportunities to upsell and offer our additional products where applicable
- Answer questions about product specifications
- Book appointments with relevant prospects
- Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company database
