Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our internal sales office, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, engaging potential clients with confidence and professionalism, and identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism to build strong relationships.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Update our company CRM to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team to drive business growth.
- Comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in telesales or a similar role with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection and criticism.
