Internal Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Commercial. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage internal queries through personal inbox, phone inquiries, and sales inbox to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  2. Deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, exceeding their expectations and building strong relationships.
  3. Develop warm internal leads and identify sales pipelines for the Key Account Managers, Outbound Sales, and Business Development teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in high-volume sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
What We Offer:
  1. Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  2. Uncapped Commission Scheme with performance-based pay rises.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
