Telesales Executive Job Description

A rapidly growing company in the manufacturing, distribution, and installation of non-mechanical plant & site safety equipment is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join their dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to identify and seize sales opportunities.
  • Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Update the company CRM with accurate and timely information.
  • Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in telesales or a similar role with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong resilience.
  • Experience in telesales, especially in a high-volume calling environment, is highly desirable.
