Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by updating our company CRM and generating leads for account managers and the outbound sales team.
- Comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily, with a strong focus on customer interaction and relationship-building.
- Proven track record in telesales or a similar role, with experience in high-volume calling environments.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in telesales, especially in a high-volume calling environment.
- Enthusiastic and driven to be part of a winning culture, with a strong focus on innovation and next-day delivery services.
- Adaptable and able to handle a variety of inquiries, with excellent phone manner and a professional approach to customers.
- Salary: Up to £35,000 basic.
- Uncapped Commission Scheme with performance-based pay raises.
