About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on innovation and next-day delivery services. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to both warm and cold leads, engaging potential clients with confidence and professionalism, and identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism to build strong relationships.
- Identify and seize sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Update our company CRM to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team to drive business growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in telesales or a similar role, strong communication and persuasion skills, self-motivation with a results-driven approach, and strong resilience and ability to handle a variety of inquiries.

You will need to have experience in telesales, especially in a high-volume calling environment, and be adaptable and able to handle a variety of inquiries.
