A rapidly growing company in the manufacturing, distribution, and installation of non-mechanical plant & site safety equipment is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Internal Telesales Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Update the company CRM with accurate and timely information.
- Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team to drive business growth.
- A proven track record in telesales or a similar role with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Experience in telesales, especially in a high-volume calling environment with a proven track record of success.
- Enthusiastic and driven individuals who are passionate about sales and business development.
- Adaptable and able to handle a variety of inquiries with a professional approach.
- Salary: Up to £35,000 basic with uncapped commission scheme and performance-based pay raises.
