Telesales Executive Job Description

A rapidly growing company in the manufacturing, distribution, and installation of non-mechanical plant & site safety equipment is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Internal Telesales Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to identify and seize sales opportunities.
  • Engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism, showcasing the company's innovative next-day delivery services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, updating the company's CRM system with accurate and timely information.
  • Generate leads for account managers and the outbound sales team, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily, with a strong focus on customer interaction and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in telesales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of customer inquiries and needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.

  • Experience in telesales, especially in a high-volume calling environment, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Adaptable and able to handle a variety of customer inquiries, with excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
