About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Professional to join our team at Aspion. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Effectively manage your portfolio of clients to ensure consistent growth and revenue.
  • Business Development: Develop strong relationships with new clients to close business deals and identify new opportunities.

  • Sales Cycle: Create, qualify, and manage the entire sales cycle to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure payment terms and improve return on investment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Cold Calling: Ability to cold call and build relationships with new clients.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills and ability to use sales software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Driven Attitude: Driven attitude and ability to work to pressurized targets.
