Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the allocation of reactive and planned work on bespoke service software, ensuring timely completion and meeting service level agreements.
- Work within contract budgets and spend limits to optimize operational efficiency.
- Deliver operational efficiencies through effective workforce planning in a dynamic and reactive environment.
- Maintain and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide accurate reporting to internal and external customers.
- Act as a liaison between teams and sub-teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide costing estimates and quotations for clients.
- Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements, including RAMs.
- Prepare and provide ad-hoc reports to management and directors.
