4Com are currently looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join their Internal Development team. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and customising solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform for our internal departments.

In return for this we are looking for someone who has:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules including customisation, configuration, and integration capabilities to meet specific business needs.
  • Experience in Power Platform, Azure pipelines, CI/CD, programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, unit testing and an understanding of web development.
  • Strong understanding of Integration techniques, using Azure Functions, also including RESTful APIs, web services and data migration strategies within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Plugin Development: Experience in creating custom plugins to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Experience in designing and implementing workflows and business process flows within Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model and best practices for securing data within the platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues within Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing source code changes.
