Responsibilities:
Understanding client business processes and needs and translate them into functional requirements for Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions
Design, configure, test, and deploy customized Dynamics CRM (CE) applications that meet the clients' expectations and industry best practices
Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and developers on Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and integrations, especially on Power Automate workflows and connectors
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of Dynamics CRM (CE) projects
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Dynamics CRM (CE) applications
Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain Dynamics CRM (CE) solutions
Travel as required for the project
Key Skills:
- Active & Live SC Clearance
- Min. 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (CE) consulting, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
- Expert in Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and modules, such as sales, service, marketing, field service, and project service automation
- Power Automate experience - creating and managing workflows and connectors
- Client facing experience
- Understanding of Data Governance and Information Protection
