What You Will Do

As a Bid Writer, you will:

  • Understand Client Needs: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and contract specifications to align proposals with their objectives.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work flexibly with project teams to devise effective strategies for successful proposal development.
  • Lead Content Creation: Lead the creation of project summaries and conduct storyboarding exercises, working closely with client representatives.
  • Craft Persuasive Content: Develop tailored, persuasive content for each client opportunity, leveraging contributions from the business.
  • Translate Knowledge into Solutions: Convert operational and business development insights into winning solutions.
  • Enhance Proposal Quality: Identify relevant reference points, evidence, and case study content to strengthen
  • proposals. Maintain Structure and Standards: Ensure proposals follow a logical structure, adhering to required formatting, tone, and branding standards.
  • Articulate Complex Details: Collaborate with subject matter experts to clearly communicate complex details in client tenders.
  • Ensure Quality and Consistency: Maintain overall content quality, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing creative team on copywriting tasks.
  • Manage CRM and Lead Portals: Handle the CRM system, manage lead portals and respond to PQQs.
  • Engage with Clients: Participate in client meetings and feedback sessions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Share Best Practices: Analyse bids to share best practices with operational and business development teams.
