Position SummaryWe are currently looking for a Tender Coordination Specialist to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team’s efforts to secure new business by coordinating and managing the complete tender/bid processes. Additionally, you will assist in the creation and enhancement of sales and marketing materials at both the Great Bear and Culina Group levels.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Compensation: Salary range of £33,000 - £37,500 per annum
*Maternity Cover*
As the successful candidate, you will directly contribute to the site’s overall success and report to the General Manager of Sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities as a Tender Coordination Specialist will include:
- Assisting in the development of bid response documents and customer presentations, ensuring each submission is strategically positioned with clear themes to enhance success rates.
- Supporting the final compilation of bid packs for submission, ensuring compliance with tender requirements and exceeding expectations where feasible.
- Contributing to the evolution of our bid response formats to ensure our proposals are presented in the most effective manner for each customer opportunity, utilizing multimedia elements as appropriate.
- Completing RFI, RFP, and tender questionnaires, ensuring that all supporting documents, certifications, and financial summaries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Driving quality and consistency throughout the bid process while collaborating with the sales, solutions, and operations teams to manage project progress.
- Coordinating meetings related to bid responses and marketing projects, aligning with project objectives and customer expectations.
- Acting as a key liaison with marketing leads from other business units within the Culina Group.
- Supporting marketing initiatives for promotional events, including setup, corporate giveaways, brochures, promotional videos, and advertising campaigns.
