We are seeking a dedicated Collections Management Officer to join our team at Specialist Motor Finance. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of our collections processes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the collections operations, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent position located in a hybrid work environment following a probation period. We provide a competitive salary of up to £30,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Pension Scheme: Up to 8% contribution
