We are seeking a skilled Collection Specialist to support our White Oak UK team in ensuring timely payments from customers. This role involves contacting customers in arrears, negotiating settlements, and setting up payment arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to resolve outstanding arrears
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving targets within the team
- Collaborate with the litigation team to escalate customer arrears as necessary
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure settlements in line with company policy
- Develop and implement long-term payment plans to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in a collections or debt recovery role
