Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Lead Estimator to enhance our expanding team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Pre-Construction Manager, who will provide both technical and managerial support in alignment with the tender workload.


The Lead Estimator will be responsible for steering the tender process and will work autonomously on multiple bids, while also collaborating with the Pre-Construction Planner and Proposals Manager.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in single-stage Design and Build projects, particularly within the residential and educational sectors.
  • Ability to produce Bills of Quantities in accordance with SMM7 or NRM standards.
  • Proficiency in software such as Causeway, Bluebeam, and CAD measure; a computer-based analytical estimate build-up is essential for each tender.
