If you’re someone who loves creating and delivering great experiences for people, then the role of Marketing Executive within the Sponsorship & Events team could be for you.

As the Sponsorship and Events team, we’re responsible for the strategy, management and delivery of Santander UK and Santander global sponsorships, events (internal and external) and hospitality across the divisions of the bank, UK-wide.

As Marketing Executive, you’ll be a key support within the team, with sponsorship responsibilities including UK activation of our global partnership with Scuderia Ferrari, as well as planning, delivery and reporting for our regional cycle hire schemes.

Hospitality responsibilities will include the day to day management of centralised hospitality across all areas within the UK business, ensuring we meet ABC and governance requirements, as well as liaison with business areas, and delivery of functional hospitality elements.

This role also carries a key responsibility for overall budget management and processes within the Sponsorship & Events team.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Ensuring our regional Santander Cycles sponsorships deliver against performance targets
- Delivering activities to support our sponsorship of Scuderia Ferrari and F1 relationships
- Managing the sponsorship & hospitality budget to ensure delivery against forecast
- Administering the central asset portfolio to support hospitality requirements of business areas
- Building strong relationships with our core suppliers including contract management
- Working with the wider team to support other internal and external projects

**What you’ll bring.**
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven budget management experience

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Understanding of the regulatory environment, especially anti-bribery and corruption
- Demonstrable internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Direct hospitality/event management experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills

**What else you need to know.**

This role is based in Milton Keynes, although we use a flexible approach to day to day working location.

Please be aware that due to the nature of the role, there will be a degree of travel required to support onsite events. Occasionally, events will require evening or weekend support.

Interviews will be held either face to face (preferred) or via Microsoft Teams.
