The Marketing Communications team executes the marketing plan and strategy, including creative development, delivery of communications to customers and optimising performance.
You’ll work in in an agile environment, delivering a mixture of integrated marketing campaigns within the Marketing Delivery team, focusing on engaging, acquiring, growing, and retaining customers and their Net Promoter scores.
**The difference you will make.**:
- Participating in planning and delivery of BAU and integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Marketing’s priorities.
- Creating compelling content for multiple channels ensuring content is on brand and in the correct tone of voice.
- Ensuring your communications deliver against key milestones, are delivered on time and within budget.
- Building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers.
- Managing external agencies to ensure timescales and budgets are met.
- Managing key internal stakeholders in the development and approval of your communications.
**What you will bring.**:
- Sound understanding of marketing communications within financial services or a similar environment.
- Good understanding of digital technology and commercial awareness of Santander products and channels.
**It would also be nice for you to have.**:
- Passionate about creative with the ability to write compelling copy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification with competent IT skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**What else you need to know.**
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
This role is a 12 month secondment within the Marketing Team in Milton Keynes
