The Marketing Communications team within Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering the marketing communications strategy for each business division, owning the overall marketing vision & communications plans for Santander UK.

Specifically, this role is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of marketing communications and campaigns.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Leading and supporting the delivery of marketing communications, integrated marketing campaigns, literature items and standalone content.
- Creating compelling content for multiple channels, making sure everything we produce is on-brand, aligned to our purpose and in the correct tone of voice.
- Developing an understanding of marketing effectiveness, understanding how our comms support our key objectives and always looking at how we can improve
- Building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers and our brand purpose.
- Managing external agencies to make sure timescales and budgets are met.
- Supporting the Marketing Squad Coordinator in resourcing projects and transformation by continually reviewing and improving ways of working and processes within Marketing to ensure optimal performance and reduce costs for the business.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Sound understanding of marketing communications within financial services, or a similar environment.
- Ability to manage projects within timescales and good stakeholder management.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Passionate about brand, creativity and design with excellent writing skills and ability to critique creative communication.
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and be confident in your ability to articulate brand feedback, ideas and concepts.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- A self-starter, you use your initiative and confidence in a fast-paced environment.

**What else you need to know.**

Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams.

We will operate a hybrid approach to our working arrangement.

This is a permanent position.
