**The difference you’ll make.**
- Creating engaging, accessible content for our customers across multiple 121 channels.
- Building an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers.
- Ensuring your communications support our brand values and deliver against key business goals.
- Participating in Agile planning, delivery and optimisation of 121 campaigns aligned to squad priorities.
- Managing external agencies to ensure timescales and quality standards are met.
- Managing key internal stakeholders through development, approval and timely delivery of your communications.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Excellent organisation and understanding of the end-to-end marketing communications delivery process.
- Passion and creativity, with the ability to write compelling copy.

**What else you need to know.**

We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.

This role is currently hybrid location (Milton Keynes 2 days per week/home based 3 days per week)
