User Experience Specialist | S2 | Everyday Banking | Milton Keynes

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

You’ll help drive decisions about the end-to-end customer experience and rationalise them using research, design principles, simple prototypes and user-testing insights. You’ll collaborate with developers, products owners and other stakeholders to respond to project requirements.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Leading or supporting user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys. Conducting market research on competitors and supporting ideation sessions to inform conceptual designs
- Using design standards and to create UX flows and simple wireframes and prototypes that can be used to communicate to stakeholders and complete user testing on, whilst ensuring all customer content meets the digital design standards
- Leading or supporting concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions

**What you’ll bring.**
- Experience of leading or supporting user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys. Conducting market research on competitors & supporting ideation sessions to inform conceptual designs
- Experience of working with designers to create distinctive, branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices and channels

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Some experience in creating and/or understanding simple user journeys/user flows.
- Visual design skills and/or ability to create compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens (e.g. sketch, figma, invision and axure)
- Hands-on experience carrying out customer testing (we use Userzoom and attest)
- Experience in identifying opportunities, validating hypothesis, and turning ideas into implementation procedures
