We are currently recruiting for a unique opportunity as a Project & Operations Associate within Santander Universities, where you will help 1 million people access the skills and experiences needed to help reach their potential and prosper.

You will be supporting on the delivery of a range of activities from higher education scholarship programme, entrepreneurship initiatives to adult learning programmes and giveaways and given the opportunity to work with different teams across business groups and geographies.

- You will help people and business prosper by managing projects and relationships that create transformational opportunities for people and businesses to create and achieve the jobs that they want. _
- Managing relationships and deliverables with stakeholders across different parts of the business including in other countries.
- Ensuring that our programmes and initiatives meet the highest standards of compliance and quality.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and partners external to the bank where external expertise will help us deliver projects, programmes, and research of exceptional standard.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time by working effectively with others and meeting the expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Identifying and suggesting where things can be done differently and improved.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Foundation Level qualification in Prince Project Management.
- Previous experience working within a Project Management position with the ability to work under own initiative.

**It would also be nice for you to have**:

- Project Management experience within research would be desirable but not essential.
- Have an interest within data driven research with the ability to look at trends and make recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all different levels.
