Are you looking for an exciting new role within the Homes Division of Santander? Do you want to be an integral part in the management and improvement of residential mortgage propositions? If so, please read on.

The role, based in Santander’s Homes Division will focus on achieving Santander’s aspiration of becoming the best mortgage provider in the UK. The team’s focus is the management of several residential mortgage portfolios that include First Time Buyer, Re-mortgaging, and Home Moving segments, as well as supporting our growth in improving Home Energy Efficiency.

You will work in collaboration with an experienced, supportive team and although this role is based in Milton Keyes, it offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid approach.

This role focuses on the management of residential mortgage products and customer segments. You will be accountable for delivering against lending and income targets and support with the development of appropriate business strategies and plans required to meet those targets. You will also be involved in the creation of new products and services as well as the ongoing management of these customer portfolios.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Previous experience of having an integral role within a team that has product ownership.
- A strong desire to learn about the UK Housing and Mortgage Markets

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Confident with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
- Effective time management
- Take ownership of actions

**What else you need to know.**

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of working 2 days from the Santander offices in Milton Keynes, its advised that the team generally have a Tuesday as one of these days so that you can engage with your colleagues, but this is not a direct requirement.
