Working within a small team responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of multiple mortgage product ranges, for both new and existing customers, available to multiple channels, including TD, Intermediaries and Digital.
**Th **e difference you’ll make.**
- Producing numerous excel and other documents that are necessary to launch the product ranges onto multiple mortgage systems.
- Checking data to ensure accurate input of mortgage data within various launch processes.
- Developing effective working relationships across business areas that support the mortgage launch processes.
- Managing competitor and performance analysis to support mortgage pricing decisions.
- Dealing with product related questions from around the business
**What you’ll bring.**
- Confident and enthusiasm to work with a lot of data whilst maintaining a very high level of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Excel
**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Mortgage knowledge preferable but not essential
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
- Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work.
- Great communication skills and “team attitude” whilst being ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
**What else you need to know.**
This is a full-time, permanent contract. The role has the flexibility to be based away from the team, primarily based in Milton Keynes, and to work from your nearest Santander location and from home on a hybrid basis. The exact arrangements can be agreed with your manager.
