Job Profile:
**Mortgage Support Administrator - Full Time - Caldecotte, Milton Keynes**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full-Time **Mortgage Administrator / Case Progressor**to join an incredibly highly successful partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation who are based in prominent offices in Caldecotte MK7**.**

Our highly valued AR partner is a dynamic, highly successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business that are looking to grow their business still further with the addition of a further experienced Mortgage Administrator to the existing team.

**The role is office based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.**

**We are looking to take on individuals that are keen on building a career in Mortgages who have some administration experience.**

**Entry level salary of £24,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking documentation prior to submission to lenders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Updating CRM to make sure it's reflecting status of jobs at all time
- Communicate updates to the case handler and assist with trouble shooting cases and working issues through
- Send internal compliance documents for e-signatures
- Work as a team to ensure targets and customer expectations are exceeded
- Liaising and maintaining good relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and customers
- Attending & participating regular team meetings
- Living out company core values & representing the company well

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail (compliance is critical in mortgages)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be highly motived, proactive and driven
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
- IT literacy
- Understanding of mortgage products and processes (experience in financial services or CeMAP study is a plus)
