The Marketing Communications team executes the marketing plan and strategy, including creative development, delivery of communications to customers and optimising performance.
**The difference you will make.**:
- Participating in the planning and delivery of BAU and integrated marketing campaigns aligned to Marketing’s priorities.
- Creating compelling content for multiple channels ensuring content is on brand and in the correct tone of voice
- Managing the Brand Copy Inbox, reviewing and approving customer communications from across the business to agreed SLAs.
- Working with multiple and varied stakeholders from across the business - helping to build relationships whilst all marketing activity is delivered to plan.
- Working closely with our Planning and Evaluation teams to understand the effectiveness of your communications - always striving to learn from previous experience and improve the success of your activity.
- Building strong working relationships with our creative and media agencies to deliver communications on time and to budget.
**What you will bring.**:
- Sound understanding of marketing communications within financial services or a similar environment.
- Good understanding of digital technology and commercial awareness of Santander products and channels.
**It would also be nice for you to have.**:
- Passionate about creative with the ability to write compelling copy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification with competent IT skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
**What else you need to know.**
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
This role is a secondment within the Marketing Team in Milton Keynes
