**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

This role will provide support to the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Process Owner who is responsible for the TPRM system and ensuring all suppliers are correctly Risk Assessed in the system, owning the processes and procedures for the business to complete within the risk assessment process.

The role will primarily focus on providing the necessary support in order that the TPRM process within Procurement can support the business in identifying the residual risk that suppliers carry and making the right decisions on overall procurement strategies. This capability will be demonstrated throughout the end-to-end Procurement lifecycle and ensure alignment with the wider governance forums within the bank.

- Responding to business queries relating to all matters arising from the Third-Party Risk Assessment Process
- Producing & actioning exception reporting from the Third-Party Risk Assessment system
- Stakeholder engagement and management,
- Ensuring a detailed tracking and monitoring regime is in place to allow effective management oversight of the respective landscape and associated risks
- Providing full transparency of all challenges, risks and opportunities, embedded challenges and support the business in creating detailed plans to address them
- Being responsible for ensuring the TPRM section of the Procurement intranet is up to date & reflects relevant information

**What you’ll bring.**
- Knowledge of Third-Party Risk principles and practices
- Good stakeholder management and prioritisation skills

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience of Coupa or similar Third-Party Risk Assessment systems
- Good communication skills, ensuring all stakeholders are briefed appropriately
- Self
- motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Procurement operations experience

This is a permanent role offering hybrid working model where you will attend office 2-3 days a week.
