About Overt Security Ltd
Overt Security Ltd is a fast-growing, professional security company based in Cardiff. We provide multiple services such as door supervision, manned guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding and alarm response services Nationwide. Due to continued expansion, we're looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our busy team.
The Role
This is a key support role in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Daily administrative tasks and maintaining office systems
- Updating and managing staff information in our databases
- Scheduling and rostering
- Handling incoming calls and emails with excellent customer service
- Supporting the management team with reports, compliance and operational admin
- Assisting with invoicing (using Xero)
- Making outbound sales calls and following up warm leads
- Identifying and contacting potential new clients
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using computers (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Previous administration experience (ideally in security, facilities or a similar fast-moving industry) is preferred
- Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred (not essential)
