Creditfix Private Limited is on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager specializing in IT, Web, and Backend Services (B2B) to join our innovative team. This full-time remote position provides the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the financial services industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your expertise will help us develop strategic partnerships and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our business clients. Responsibilities- Generate B2B clients for website design, development, and backend solutions.
- Handle proposals, pricing, and client relationship management.
- Coordinate with the tech team to deliver client projects.
- Identify new markets for IT services growth.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and web services sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities
- Report on sales performance and develop strategies for improvement
- 3+ years of IT service sales (B2B) experience.
- Strong understanding of website and backend technologies.
- Proven record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
