BSI Merch is a music merchandise company working with artists, festivals, and brands globally. We have 30 people in our London office, plus teams in Berlin and our UK warehouse.

The Role

We're looking for a detail-focused
E-commerce Product Coordinator
to manage product setup across 250+ Shopify stores. You'll handle product data entry in our bespoke ERP system, configure products on Shopify, and manage inventory synchronisation. This is operational work that directly enables our e-commerce business. Get it right, and sales happen. Miss a detail, and we've got problems.

Reports to:
E-commerce Account Manager

What You'll Do

  • Set up products in our bespoke ERP system
  • Configure products across multiple Shopify stores (variants, collections, assets)
  • Upload and organise product images and files
  • Manage inventory sync between ERP and Shopify
  • Liaise with clients on product specifications
  • Document processes and spot improvements

You'll work with: Design, Production, Key Accounts, Touring, Customer Service, and Development teams.

What We NeedEssential:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • 1-3 years in e-commerce operations, data management, or similar (or strong graduate)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience of Monday or other task management software is useful
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable with high-volume, process-driven work
  • Able to manage multiple priorities accurately
