Le Monde Béryl is looking for an E-Commerce & Customer Care Assistant to join our team in London and act as our brand ambassador and product expert. The primary responsibility of this role is to take on the online client facing activities and to manage the front window of our online store. We are a small team, and we all work closely together, so a supportive and pro-active attitude is essential. E-commerce / Shopify

  • Working closely with our Head of E-commerce to support the upload process of all new products including the gathering of all necessary assets and information based on the marketing release calendar.
  • Overseeing and managing all eCommerce and website imagery.
  • Working closely with the Operations team, monitoring stock deliveries and ensuring a timely launch and update of products.
  • Day-to-day monitoring of the website and any issues with customer journey.
  • Ensuring all relevant products are displayed correctly and in-line with brand expectations and guidelines.
  • Assisting with the development and scheduling of the newsletter by providing the relevant team with regular stock delivery updates.
  • Working with the Management to monitor and replenish e-commerce stock levels.
  • Performing regular site checks and report bugs/issues to wider team.
  • Liaising with the Shopify Account Manager to ensure all site improvements are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Other E-commerce ad-hoc duties.

Customer Service

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our online customers inquiries across multiple channels including, but not limited to email and social media.
  • Understanding the brand and our products and acting as en expert on our behalf.
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries and expectations are met in a timely manner and professionally.
  • Monitoring and managing the life cycle of an order – from the order confirmation to return, exchange or refund.
  • Supporting our logistics and warehouse in preparing and filing necessary documentation including Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices.
  • Working closely with our logistics and warehouse to solve any customer-facing issues.
  • Sharing customer insights and escalating any priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Active community management through our social media channels – dm's and comments.
  • Monitoring and analysis of our customer data.
  • Providing a unique shopping experience at Le Monde Béryl.
  • Other Customer Service ad-hoc duties.

Administrative Support

  • Support our Sales & Logistics in preparing and filing necessary documentation including Order Confirmations, Packing Lists and Commercial invoices.
  • Other Administrative ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Experience in e-commerce trading and online customer service.
  • Administrative or sales support experience.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of work and presentation.
  • Strong written, verbal, organisation, and computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office.
  • Project management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • 'Hands-on' with willingness to assist in other areas of the business.
