The opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to our growing online team for a 12-month internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in website content management, digital merchandising, and e-commerce trading within a premium retail environment.
The E-commerce Executive (referred to internally as an E-Commerce Intern) will support the Senior E-commerce Manager in maintaining, updating and optimising the content and merchandising across You'll collaborate with teams including Buying, Creative, and Digital Marketing to help ensure our website is up to date, visually compelling, and customer-friendly. You'll assist in delivering key product launches, homepage updates, and promotional campaigns; always with a strong focus on accuracy, brand quality, and commercial impact.
This role is hybrid with 2 days per week at our head office, and is for a fixed-term internship of 12-months.

Your unique contribution
Website and product content
- Work with Product Coordinator in uploading new products to the website, ensuring copy, imagery, pricing and tags are accurate and brand-aligned
- Assist with regular content updates, including homepage banners, promotional assets and product listing changes
- Conduct spot checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the site
Merchandising and site experience
- Support updates to product categories, filters, recommendations and on-site search
- Monitor bestsellers and category performance to spot merchandising improvements
- Assist with QA testing and content previews ahead of campaign launches
Reporting and insights
- Track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, and bounce rate (training provided on GA4, Contentsquare etc.)
- Maintain content calendars and assist with campaign performance tracking
Collaboration and content support
- Liaise with internal teams to gather assets and product data for upcoming launches
- Support the execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Contribute ideas for improving product content and site usability
Your blend of talent
- Studied (or really interested in) Marketing, Digital Media, Retail, Business or a related subject
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing or online customer experience
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused - able to spot inconsistencies or missing data
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and a comfort with digital tools
- Curiosity about the drinks industry, with a willingness to learn and contribute
