Wilsons Auctions is the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland.
We currently have a requirement in our Belfast Branch (Postcode BT36 4PP) for two Full-Time Government Contract Administrators.
The successful candidate will be based at Wilsons Auctions Belfast and duties will include the following:    Inputting details into auction system  Allocating vehicles for sale  Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients  Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers  Registering new customers and buyers  Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries  General administration for Government Contracts  Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock  The ideal applicant should meet the following essential criteria:   Well organised with an eye for detail Good level of IT literacy Hands on approach to work Have good customer relationship skills Be able to work as part of a team  Have previous experience with working in an office environment Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (30 minute lunch) Wilsons Auctions reserves the right to apply desirable criteria for shortlisting purposes in the event of high volume of applications.
