Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Administration Professional to join our team as a Government Contracting Specialist. This role involves managing government contracts, including data input, vehicle assignment, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Input data into our system
- Assign vehicles for sale
- Provide daily and weekly reports to clients
- Liaise with government vendors and buyers
- Register new customers and buyers
- Respond to general public inquiries
- Conduct weekly audits on sales and stock
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
