Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, such as photocopying, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
