PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
- 42.5 Hour Working Week. Monday / Fri. 8am-5pm / half hour lunch not paid.
- Overtime is paid at 1.5. As and when the company Require it.
- Attendance Bonus Paid yearly at Xmas of £520 once here a full year Jan to Dec. Any sickness £52 deducted day 1 and £2 thereafter. [£60 a week.]
- Enrolled in a company Health Care Scheme.
- Holidays are the x8 Stat Days and then 21 Days floating. / Additional Leave Entitlement with Service.
- Will be part of a team. Currently 2.
- Salary Depending on experience. In around 23K.
**Role Title: Workshop Administrator**. **Location: Glengormley**
Taking receipt of vehicles, advising customers in person or by telephone, writing orders for repair work, monitoring the repair process, taking receipt of repaired vehicles and handing them over to customers.
Ensuring the workshop is working to full capacity by effectively scheduling customer orders.
Costing up Customer job Packs and providing Estimates.
Updating the extent of repairs required and the most cost-effective methods of carrying these out, as well as short-term deadlines.
**Skills & Experience Required for the Role**:
Previous experience in a Workshop Admin Role.
Committed to providing a service to customers and is competent in the area of vehicle technology and service to represent the brand.
Attentive and trustworthy with the ability to make contacts and build relationships at all levels
Able to mediate successfully between the customers’ needs and the interests of the company
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a structured manner.
High attention to detail with a good level of PC and keyboard skills.
Ability to collate, organise and interpret data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information.
Have a basic technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the business.
