Procurement Administration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Government Contracts Administrator to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing government contracts, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage government contracts from initiation to closure
• Administer various government contracts, including allocating vehicles for sale, reporting for clients, and liaising with vendors and buyers
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, registration of new customers and buyers, and general administration for government contracts
• Maintain a high level of organisation and prioritisation skills to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a government setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
