Government Contracts Administrator An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Government Contracts Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business based in Mallusk. This is a Full-Time Temporary position - with an immediate start (has the ability to be made Permanent thereafter). Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm. With an hourly rate of £11.44 per hour. Essential Criteria: Good level of IT literacy. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, adhering to tight deadlines. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience of working in an office environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Inputting details into the system. Allocating vehicles for sale. Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients. Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers. Registering new customers and buyers. Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries. General administration for Government Contracts. Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock.
