What you will do The Business Intelligence Manager - EMEA is responsible for accelerating business performance through data-driven analysis and compelling recommendations.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business helping to identify the right questions to ask and answer.
By having a broad business understanding, the ability to connect the dots across different data sources and the confidence to challenge and communicate clearly this will drive action and growth across EMEA.
You will also be responsible for delivering accurate and timely business updates, leading seasonal category and performance tracking as well as leading the communication of our reporting and analytic tools while supporting ongoing training programme.
This will give you wide exposure across the EMEA business and the opportunity to present your insights to a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities • Work with other members of the regional team, local teams, and brand teams to identify potential opportunities to accelerate business performance through analytic based analysis and recommendations • Manage communication of the reporting & analytical tools across the EMEA region, incl.
ownership of the monthly newsletter.
From strategically identifying how to improve communication / design, setting a content plan and collating / editing inputs from across the team.
• Support continuous training programme, identifying potential new formats to educate and ownership of briefing and editing of video training material • Support in the accurate and timely delivery of regular monthly business updates including issuing management report • Lead seasonal category and performance tracking presenting insights to EMEA wide audience • Build strong relationships with markets, franchise teams, the wider EMEA team and external stakeholders Required Qualifications * Enjoy working with data with ability to connect the dots between different sources to draw conclusions and recommendations to drive business performance.
* Logical and structured thinker, communicator and approach to work.
* Proven track record of simplifying the complex, into a structured, persuasive story (incl.
data visualisation) to inspire action.
* Independent self-starter with a thirst for learning and proactively figures out how to overcome barriers or comes up with alternatives.
* Desire to understand the wider business to appreciate how your work impacts the bigger picture * Ability to think critically and challenge others to solve the right problems * Connect with People - Confidence to work out who to talk to and reach out to new people (in a large matrix organisation) to collect feedback, filter and form aligned recommendations * Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of business tools particularly excel Desired Qualifications • Educated to degree level • C.
2 years of business experience working closely with data, either agency side (NIQ/IRI or similar) or from within an CPG manufacturer with experience of working with syndicated data.
• Experience with data visualisation or BI tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
